Warrnambool & District Artists Society (WADAS) has been a major contributor to the South West Victoria art scene since 1961. Over seventy local artists make up the Society’s membership sharing a wide variety of experiences across all art genres.

The Merri View Gallery is owned and operated by WADAS providing a meeting place for members and an important outlet for the display and sale of artworks to the public.

Member volunteers hold office and positions of responsibility to conduct the operations of the Society and the Merri View Gallery.

Members meet regularly to support each other in their art endeavours. The Society runs regular exhibitions, workshops and the annual Member Awards Exhibition and Ceremony.

New members are always welcome.
